Fever Tree (Quinine)

$18.00

Fever Tree (Cinchona rubra)

I’d heard the older women in my family mention Quinine before, but i Din’t become familiar with it until during the “2020 breakout.” After continuously hearing a particular pharmaceutical being recommended, I did some research and found that this herb was for sure the primary ingredient in what was being recommended.

Traditionally, it is used to assist the body in viral infections such as the flu or… other, more recent ‘outbreaks.’ Fever Tree is something I always urge people to only take if they know for sure they are up against all odds at getting rid of something. Personally, I’ve used it with my children in VERY SMALL doses in the form of a diluted tea. Quinine has a strong, bitter taste as well so be mindful giving it to little ones. For adult use, tinctures would be best.
